Santee Crime Report: Week of April 11

The following information was provided by the Santee Sheriff's Department and CrimeMapping.com mainly for April 11-17. The defendants have not been convicted of a crime.

Santee Patch has started publishing a , a less detailed list of alleged Santee offenders, the Weekly Report focuses on incidents of interest with detailed reports.

Incidents of interest:

• A 32-year-old man was arrested after a report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 9600 block of Woodside Avenue on the morning of April 13. Adan Dilard was booked into the  County Jail in downtown San Diego on three felonies -- being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle with felony conviction, and being a felon in possession of a loaded  firearm. He was also booked on suspicion of driving without a license. An ID card was also reported recovered.

• Lisa Walter, 30, was arrested after items were allegedly taken from the in the 9800 block of Mission Gorge Road on the afternoon of April 16. Walter was booked on felony burglary into the women's jail in Santee. Clothing and other items valued at more than $150 were recovered in the case.

• Appliances were reported stolen during a residential burglary reported on the afternoon of April 14. The victim in the 9400 block of Hornbuckle Drive valued the items at $1,200. No suspect information was listed. Kitchen appliances were also reported stolen in a burglary reported on the afternoon of April 15 in the 9600 block of Cambury Drive. The value was set at $3,250.

• Sandra Bristol, 47, was arrested at the in the 9800 block of Mission Gorge Road on the afternoon of April 13. She was  booked into the Las Colinas women's jail in Santee on suspicion of felony burglary and an $84 television was reportedly recovered in the incident.

• Garrett Henshall, 19, was arrested on a burglary allegation after a complaint filed at the on the evening of April 13. Liquor was reportedly recovered in the incident. He was booked County Jail in downtown San Diego on a felony in connection with the case.

• A car window was reported vandalized in the 9500 block of Cottownwood Avenue on the morning of April 15. The damage was set at $250. No suspect information was reported.

• Andrew Martin, 31, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 8800 block of north Magnolia Avenue on the evening of April 13. He was booked into County Jail in downtown San Diego on one felony, possession of concentrated cannabis, and two misdemeanors, possessing more than 28.5 grams of marijuana and driving without a valid license.

• A 46-year-old man was arrested after being stopped in the 10000 block of Lairwood Drive on the morning of April 14. Neil Naffa was booked into the County Jail in downtown San Diego on two felonies-- possessing controlled substances and committing a felony while out on bail. He was also booked on a misdemeanor allegation of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

• Power tools were reported stolen from a business in the 8500 block of Roland Acres Drive on the morning of April 13. Two tools were reported stolen by KE Burgmann EJS and valued at $700.  No suspect information was reported.

• A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism after a Santee city structure was reported damaged at the intersection of Cuyamaca street and River Park drive on the morning of April 13. John Lofton was cited and released on suspicion of the misdemeanor offense after damage to the structure was set at $284.50.

• A 33-year-old man reported his vehicle was tampered with during the early morning hours of April 13. No items were reported taken from the vehicle and no suspect information was reported.

• Two men were arrested on suspicion of robbery after a complaint by a 24-year-old man in the 10000 block of Woodside Avenue shortly after midnight on April 12. The suspects are accused of  taking a wallet, mobile phone and electronic device which were later recovered, with a total value of more than $320. Eric McMurry, 22 and Sean Arevalo, 31, were booked into the County Jail in downtown San Diego after their arrests.

• A vehicle was reported burglarized in the 200 block of Town Center Parkway on the evening of April 11. The victims reported the loss of a wallet, purse,  credit cards and other items. The total value was set at more than $500. No suspect information was reported.

• A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 8800 block of Cherry Hills Road shortly before 5 a.m. on April 11. Christopher Harper was arrested without incident after a victim, whose name was withheld, reported a minor injury. He was booked into the County Jail in downtown San Diego on suspicion of a misdemeanor, according to a report.

• A camera was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 8700 block of Graves Avenue on the morning of April 11. The 44-year-old victim valued the item at $300. No suspect information was listed.

• A 28-year-old woman reported the theft of items from a vehicle in the 8700 block of Graves Avenue on the afternoon of April 11. The woman reported the theft of clothing and hiking boots with a total value of more than $200.

• Five juveniles reported an armed robbery in the 9600 block of Cottonwood Avenue on the afternoon of April 10. The victims, whose ages were not disclosed, reported the thefts of four bicycles and two mobile phones. Total value of the items was set at $1,700. Two of the items, a bicycle and mobile phone, were reportedly recovered. No arrests or suspects were listed in the report.

• Tools were reported stolen from a company-owned vehicle in the 10000 block of Santana Street on the morning of April 10. Koch Armstrong General Engineering valued the two power tools at a total of $10,000. No suspect information was reported.

• A 41-year-old man was arrested  on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the 9800 block of Town Center Parkway on the morning of April 8, according to reports at the Santee station of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Keith Johnson was booked into the County Jail in downtown San Diego following his arrest without incident on the misdemeanor warrant.

• The on the 100 block of Town Center Parkway reported a robbery on
the afternoon of April 8 that resulted in the arrest of a juvenile suspect. The suspect, whose name was not released, was suspect of taking a television valued at $336 dollars, according to a report. The suspect was booked into Juvenile Hall on suspicion of felony robbery.

• A four-door sedan valued at $5,000 was reported stolen in the 8700 block of North Magnolia Avenue on the afternoon of April 9, according to a report. The 84-year-old female victim reported the theft shortly after 2 p.m. No suspect information was listed.

• James Lippert, 40, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after being contacted in the 9100 block of Fanita Rancho road on the afternoon of April 5. He was booked into County Jail in downtown San Diego after his arrest.

• A juvenile and 19-year-old female were arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after a complaint  in the 200 block of Brookview Court by a 35-year-old victim during the early morning hours of April 6. In addition to the battery allegation, the unidentified juvenile was accused of a curfew violation. Both suspects were arrested at River Rock at River Park, according to the report. The victim sustained a minor injury. The juvenile was referred to juvenile court, while Andrea Beard was booked into the Las Colinas woman's jail in Santee.

• Michael Sotomayor, 42, was arrested on misdemeanor battery following a complaint on the morning of April 6. He was booked into the County Jail in downtown San Diego. The victim, whose name was withheld, complained of a minor injury, according to a report.

• A sheriff's vehicle was vandalized in the 8700 block of Mast Boulevard on the afternoon of April 6. The damage to the black and white sedan was set at $450. No suspect information was reported.

• Molly Williams, 23, was booked into the Las Colinas women's jail following a traffic stop on the evening of April 6 at Fanita drive and Prospect Avenue. Williams was booked on felony possession of narcotics.

• David Sturgeon, 34, was cited after being contacted on the morning of April 7 under Olive Bridge at Prospect, according to a report. He was cited on misdemeanor disorderly conduct and an infraction of possessing an open container in public. That afternoon at the intersection of Olive lane and Prospect avenue, another  24-year-old man was cited. Angel Banagas was cited and released on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
