A Potentially Explosive 'Where in Santee?'

So, you think you know Santee?

All right, so I'll start this one off by saying that technically this sign doesn't sit in Santee city limits. But, since it is about ten feet from city limits, and clearly visible from a well-known Santee site, I'm going with it.

The sign says "Warning: Army Corps of Engineers has designated this site for future sweep of potentially unexploded ordnance."

Just to give you guys an extra boost, I've included two shots, one close up, and one that shows the environment it's planted in.

Tell me what street this is off of, and what site is directly across the street from the sign.
