Congratulations to , Santee's own cancer therapy center and boutique for women, for being awarded a Special Friend Award from the (ACS) for all their work helping cancer patients around the county and for playing a key role in organizing the .
A New Day's Dawn is all about "preventing cancer, saving lives and diminishing suffering from cancer through research, education, and service," which is also the mission statement of the ACS. They were amongst other huge corporations like the and Cricket Wireless in receiving an ACS Leadership Council award this week.
