The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County declined today for the ninth time in 10 days, falling 1.1 cents to $3.80, one day after decreasing 1.4 cents.
The average price is 4.9 cents less than one week ago and 7 cents lower than a month ago but 63.4 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is at its lowest amount since Oct. 10.

Occupy and Labor Union March
Members of unions and activist groups plan to hold a rally today on the Clairemont Drive bridge over Interstate 5 in Bay Park. Organizers say they want to send a message to Congress to put people back to work by spending money on infrastructure improvements. Among the groups expected to take part are the San Diego and Imperial Counties Labor Council, Occupy San Diego , Veterans for Peace and Move-On-dot-org. The rally is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. this afternoon.
