Two sizeable tacos are served on soft corn tortillas with large, juicy chunks of deep-fried white fish, lightly breaded and crispy. The fish is topped with a heaping pile of red and green cabbage for a burst of bright color and a nice, fresh crunch. All that topped with a secret white sauce and a selection of salsas, including his award winning spicy tomatillo salsa.
