New Frontier Mobile Home Community Wins Award for Good Management

One of five statewide winners of the Golden State Manufactured-Home Owners League's Certificates of Recognition.

This year, at the Convention of the statewide Golden State Manufactured-Home Owners League (GSMOL), Certificates of Recognition awards were given to only five mobile home park owners in the entire state of California for having the best managed and supported parks in the state.  One of those awards was given to the owners of  at 9255 Magnolia in Santee. 

During the May monthly GSMOL meeting at New Frontier, the was presented with the award by GSMOL Associate Manager, Karen Bisignano. 

Their plaque states: "Your generous commitment of time, support and quality service that builds on the strength of people working together to create a happy, healthy lifestyle is duly recognized and appreciated." 

Receiving the award was Cliff Northcote, Ken Northcote, and Johanna Northcote, the grown children of  who built the park on land which previously had been their dairy farm. The elder this spring.  Also attending was Cliff's wide, Lou, Ken's wife Michaelynn and daughter Johanna, and the Park Manager, Sandy Astley.  Congratulations to all the Northcote family and staff. 

Members of the New Frontier community are so blessed to have not only a beautiful place to live, but supportive owners and managers.
