Video: Girl Scouts and Hartford Help With Native Habitat Restoration Along the River

Volunteers help with the removal of non-native invasive trees, led by the San Diego River Park Foundation.

Hartford Financial Services Group and a local troop of Girl Scouts recently worked with the San Diego River Park Foundation to remove non-native and invasive vegetation along the river in Santee.

This will allow more native plants to grow in the area, improving the wildlife habitat and beautifying the river.
