Carol Ann guessed correctly first! This photo was taken at the old Lacey J's/Wagon Wheel bar and restaurant which will soon be the site of Riverview Church. It was painted in 2005. The owner requested the mural be preserved, and Pastor Todd Tolson said they will drywall over it so it can be restored later.
