Miss Santee and Miss La Mesa Pageants

The Miss Santee, Miss La Mesa and Miss Teen Santee Pageant is happening Fri., Mar. 4, at 6 p.m. at Community Church.

See the cities' young beauties strut their stuff and showoff their talents at this year's showcase!

The contestants will be scored on poise and personality, personal interview, speech, sportswear (no swimsuit round at this pageant), evening gown and an on-stage question. Other awards include the Miss Photogenic award, the Miss Congeniality award and an essay writing contest.
 
Pageant winners get a unique opportunity to act as their city's official hostess and will spend much of the year attending grand openings, parades, summer concerts and chamber functions.

The Miss Santee and Miss La Mesa pageants are held at the same event in order to offset production costs of the non-profit organization.
