One-time Miss Santee winner Sierra Billock was named Miss Greater San Diego USA 2013, taking first place at the countywide pageant on Saturday.
Miss Greater San Diego USA is the preliminary to the Miss California USA and Miss California Teen USA Pageants, contestants age 13–26 compete. Areas of competition included swimsuit, evening gown, on stage interview and personal interview.
"Thank you to everyone who has continued to support me over the years! I'm glad it all paid off," Billock stated on her Facebook page after winning.
Billock's previous pageants include winning Miss Santee 2009, first-runner up for Miss Greater San Diego USA 2012 and she was a contestant for Miss California USA 2011.
