Symphony at the Lakes a Perfectly Tuned Event by Santee-Lakeside Rotary Club
Rotary Club benefits under-privileged high school youth in beautiful surroundings.
The weekend's was a sweet sounding gift to the community by the . In turn, the money raised by the event, was given to the Education Foundation which supports youth scholarships, leadership development and literacy programs.
and Guitar Ensemble graced the evening with their lovely sounds, followed by Santana Choir and Band. The chords of “Don’t Stop believing,” rang out into the night air. The song echoed the belief of the Rotary Club's Education Foundation.
The event is an annual tradition to help students of , and schools who are at risk of not graduating. In turn for the club financing their first two years of tech school or a , the students agree to work hard, both at school and through volunteer work. Working at the Symphony at the Lakes was an honor for these students.
