Construction Near Michael's is a Parking Lot Expansion
No new shops are being built, they're just making room for more parking.
Shortly after construction began on the new Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant being built near Ross a new area was fenced off and work began near Michael's. No new businesses were identified that would be coming into that space, and for a while it was unclear what was being constructed near Michael's. It has recently come to light that the shopping center is simply expanding the parking lot in order to make up for the spots lost where BWW will sit.
