Guess the Restaurant: Flying Saucer

Which Santee eatery made this food?

Answer: - guessed correctly first!

How well do you know Santee's restaurants? Well enough to guess the venue from nothing more than a photo of the food?

This flying saucer- let's be honest and admit it's really just a flour tostada with ridges so you can pile on the toppings- hit the spot for a late lunch. Lettuce, guacamole, white sauce, shrimp, beans (I added those) and rice combine on a flaky crust and is made just right with access to a plentiful salsa bar.
