had its grand opening Thursday and hosted a pre-opening for those lucky enough to have gotten a ticket into the event so the 28 new employees could practice a bit before the "real show."
Dante, the General Manager, suggested I order a burrito with barbacoa, pinto beans, lettuce, brown rice, and tomatillo medium salsa- so I did. The photos don't really do justice to the size of the burritos you get- let's just say they stuff it to the breaking limit of the tortilla.
The restaurant doesn't even need a review by me, just read through locals left before this place even opened its doors, here's a couple:
"I love Chipotle because in addition to fajita veggies, they offer healthy vegan options like brown rice and black beans..."
"Sustainable farming, great staff, farm fresh everything."
It was great to feel the positive vibes from the comments manifest themselves in the new Chipotle.
