Photos: Pre-Opening for Chipotle Mexican Grill in Santee
The General Manager, suggested I order a burrito with barbacoa, pinto beans, lettuce, brown rice, and tomatillo medium salsa- so I did.

had its grand opening Thursday and hosted a pre-opening for those lucky enough to have gotten a ticket into the event so the 28 new employees could practice a bit before the "real show."
Dante, the General Manager, suggested I order a burrito with barbacoa, pinto beans, lettuce, brown rice, and tomatillo medium salsa- so I did. The photos don't really do justice to the size of the burritos you get- let's just say they stuff it to the breaking limit of the tortilla.

The restaurant doesn't even need a review by me, just read through locals left before this place even opened its doors, here's a couple:
