Well, I simple can't tell you why I love Chipolte, because I have yet to try it. This restaurant seems to have a stand up repuation, and now that I have one in my own back yard, I will be curiously awaiting for the doors to open to check it out myself.

I am beyond excited for the Santee chipotle grad opening! I am an avid customer of the la Mesa chipotle (so much so that most of the workers know me and my usual order!). Being a college student I know how important it is to make healthy choices, and budget conscious purchases and chipotle has always helped me in both areas! And, after a 4 hour Tuesday night class it was always the promise of chipotle after my release that got me through! I love chipotle and I can't wait to become a regular at the Santee chipotle!!!

My husband and I had loved chipolte food, our favorite is the burritos. We normally traveled to La Mesa , where the only chipotle located in east county which is closer to our home in santee. Ordering the burrito was very conidevence for us since we are both deaf, we can just point which food we like on our burritos thur the glass server window. And also, its very affordable, clean, friendly environment and healthier food. Now, since we saw that you had bulit a new chipotle in our home area of santee, it would makes our traveling easier to short commute. Thank you adding this great food place here in santee. Business are booming around here which is great for families to go eat and shop. We had recommemd to our family and friends. They loved the food as well. Thumbs up!!!! : )

OMG! I am so E.X.C.I.T.E.D I can't even type. I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!!! I eat there at least once a week. I Know where are the Chipotle's are in the great San Diego area. I am so glad that Chipotle is opening a restaurant here in Santee. Saves my husband the 20-25 minute drive to La Mesa. I have been asking the Powers-that-be everytime we make the drive to "Please open a Chipotle in Santee" and my prayers have been answered! WoooHooo! I'm really excited! Can't wait......Counting down the minutes. I'm sure I'll make my husband drive me to La Mesa before then or I might go tomorrow at lunch just so I can't contain my excitement. [breathe].........

Sorry in my excitement I forgot to say why I Love Choipotle. Ok, so I Love Chipotle, well simply because it makes me happy. Really. Sometimes at work when I'm having a bad day I say "It's a Chipotle Day". Everyday really is but some days I just need it...to make me happy. So I go there (I work downtown so I usually go to Hillcrest because the one by Horton Plaza has no parking) I order the barbacoa tacos and by the first or second bite I'm feeling so much better. Ok, and I'll tell you another secret. This is true. Sometimes I get sinus headaches and after just one bite of that deliciousness and a few sips of soda, my headache is gone. Just like that. I call it the "miracle". I do. I LOVE CHIPOTLE! (As you can see I have calmed down a little bit from my earlier post and can type now )

Burritos are tasty, I know I don't really need to say so with fillings so tasty I am rather hasty to eat one... won't you let me go?

I am unbelievably excited that we're finally getting a Chipotle in Santee. I can't overstate my enthusiasm for Chipotle, with it's delicious food made from ethically-sourced ingredients. I spent a few years in Connecticut when there were no Chipotle restaurants in the state. In addition to contacting the company to ask when they were opening restaurants in CT, I would go out of my way on trips to Rhode Island just so I could stop at Chipotle and once ate there 2 days in a row on a business trip to New York City! If I don't get into the pre-opening event, I'll definitely be there on Thursday!

I am so excited that we are finally getting an upscale quick dining restaurant like Chipotle. We experienced Chipotle in Denver when they first came out over a decade ago and have been going to the one in La Mesa on a weekly basis since we moved here! It is the best! Can't wait to dine in our own Chipotle in Santee. They really have the best ingredients and you can design your meal to your hearts delight!

I love Chipotle because Chipotle loves me. Want proof? Look at the size of those things! It's like a hot midget wrapped up in a sexy tortilla. Chipotle knows I love sexy midgets and that's why they make their burritos JUST FOR ME!

Years ago, I first discovered the concept of a build-it-yourself mexican food restaurant while visiting San Franscisco. I came back to SD and told many of my friends about it, touting it as a 'Mexican food Subway'. A year or so later, a Chipotle opened up around here, and when I found out what it was, I was excited to try it. Although not quite the same as the mom-and-pop versions in the Bay Area, I find Chipotle to be a great alternative! Their salsas are unique and delicious, and now that they've added carne asada to their list of meats, they make a mean carne asada burrito! For those on a low-carb diet, they do bowls instead of burritos or tacos (they still give you the tortilla, but if you have strong will you can toss it in the trash on the way to your seat!), and even have vegetarian selections. I've never once left a Chipotle still hungry since their portion sizes are more than ample, and look forward to enjoying the new Chipotle in my hometown. I consider myself a huge Chipotle fan and would love the opportunity to visit the pre-opening and afterwards tell everyone about the experience! Oh yeah, and for those wondering-- It's pronounced "Chih-poht-lay". :) -Dennis Jones
