January is the first official Santee Health Awareness Month, featuring promotions from a variety of local health providers that should make it easier for residents to improve their health.
From free fitness screenings to dental examinations, many health providers in Santee have signed up with promotions. Each day one promotion and provider will be featured on Santee Patch in order to spread the word about local health options.
Santee Health Awareness Month is spearheaded by the Santee Health Network, a nonprofit group of health and wellness related businesses and entities that have joined together to improve health in Santee.
