Here are all of the homes that have been listed in the last week. Even though it is not the least expensive per square foot, my hot pick of the week is 9850 Settle Ct. It is by far the biggest bang for the buck of the newly listed homes- an entertainers delight. If you end up taking advantage of this weeks great buy, I just want to be invited to the pool party! Please!! It is also well under the average of $232.85 per square foot for homes currently on the market.

Here are the most recent traditional sales in Santee. Well okay so the one on 10544 was a short sale, but I think it still sold close to true market value given that it is on a busy street. This weeks average dollar per square foot price dropped a bit to $224.60, but with as few homes that are available in the market right now, I would not be too concerned.
