This is the first week that I have not been able to find even a "Fixer" home added to the market under $200 per square foot. Like I told you last week, the Santee real estate market is getting hot!
With that being said, my "Hot Pick" of the week is 10695 Susie Pl., I know the investors on this home and they do a great job rehabbing a home before they put it back on the market. Even though it is not the cheapest home listed this week per square foot, it is the one with the most bang for your buck. Here are the top four of the eight homes that sold in the last week. Apparently $339,000 was a popular number for buyers and sellers to settle on. If we look at a slightly longer time frame of the last thirty days of sales for detached homes in Santee, the average price per square foot was $221.90.
