This Week’s Santee Real Estate Wrap-Up

This weeks "Hot Picks" for Real Estate in Santee.

Read:

ON MARKET:

This is the first week that I have not been able to find even a "Fixer" home added to the market under $200 per square foot. Like I told you last week, the Santee real estate market is getting hot!

With that being said, my "Hot Pick" of the week is 10695 Susie Pl., I know the investors on this home and they do a great job rehabbing a home before they put it back on the market. Even though it is not the cheapest home listed this week per square foot, it is the one with the most bang for your buck. Go check it out for yourself and let me know what you thought.

Recently SOLD:

Here are the top four of the eight homes that sold in the last week. Apparently $339,000 was a popular number for buyers and sellers to settle on. If we look at a slightly longer time frame of the last thirty days of sales for detached homes in Santee, the average price per square foot was $221.90. However for the last week that number jumped to $249.82.

are you only reporting on houses you are involved in? because on braverman one was sold and another is for sale and I do not see those listed.

I am not involved in anyway with any of the homes that are mentioned. I just highlight some of the homes that are listed, or have sold. I only have room for 4 homes in each category. But I take all of the homes on market and that have sold in a given time frame into consideration when giving statistics. Sorry if I did not make that part clear in the articles, and thank you for the question.
