Well it is not just the weather that is getting hotter in Santee, it is the ! For homes that have listed in the last two weeks we have seen a sharper jump in price per square foot in a majority of the homes. That is why the following are my hot picks for the week.

The average for these sold homes less than three weeks on the market before they are off the market.
