New Mobile Game Becomes The Game for Wanna-Be Sesquipedalianists
Top-Word Takes Word Games to the Next Level
SAN DIEGO, Calif., Dec 5, 2013 – Ditty Labs, LLC, released its fun new word scramble game Top-Word for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the App Store. Top-Word rewards players for finding the longest and most difficult-to-find words and provides definitions for unknown words.
Racing the clock, players must find as many words as they can before time expires. They can increase the time limit and prolong their game by finding words quickly and reaching milestones, making the game exciting and rewarding at the same time. Each of the four levels offers six goals to reach.

“Wordies are people who love words, and sesquipedalianists are people who use big words,” said Carson Whitsett, President, Ditty Labs. “Our new app sets the bar for word games. Top Word is fast-paced, fun and educational. Unlike other word jumble games, Top-Word players earn rewards for finding large and difficult words, and they can improve spelling and vocabulary by simply tapping on any unfamiliar words at the end of each game.”
Players can challenge up to four friends to a match when they are logged into Apple’s Game Center. The interface is smooth and interspersed with surprising electric guitar sounds to help celebrate achievements like finding the ‘top word’ in the puzzle.

Ditty Labs, LLC will be donating a portion of the proceeds from Top-Word downloads to an educational charity.
“We decided to contribute a portion of our proceeds to an educational charity with the hope that we could help others find the love of words and puzzles like we have through this game,” added Whitsett.
