The "Organic Food Truck" will be on scene at the East County Live Well Expo Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. through the afternoon serving some of the tastiest healthy food you can get from a truck. And, don't think the "organic" label means you'll just get a pile of veggies- their specialties include lobster mac and cheese and beef kabobs!
