Frost Advisory Wednesday Night

Cold weather continues Wed. night, into Thu. and is expected to warm up a bit on Friday.

The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory that is in affect in San Diego County from 11 p.m. Tuesday to 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Due to clear skies, light wind and cold air the overnight low in Santee is predicted to hit 34, just above freezing, according to the NWS.

The frost advisory means that frost is possible, and the NWS suggest you cover your sensitive outdoor plants and keep pets inside.

The weather is predicted to be about the same Thursday, with a high near 65 and a low around 35, and to warm up a bit on Friday, with a low of 40.
