Mountain Man and His Mules Sighted Walking Towards Santee

Mysterious "mountain man" John Seales and his three mules were sighted in the San Diego area in the past week.
Local photographer Joe Holly snapped a couple photos of the odd sight Friday afternoon as Seales and his pack went down Princess View and headed toward Santee on Mission Gorge Road.
Seales has been sighted around Southern California, Lamorinda Patch posted photos of him in October. He was in San Diego through the weekend, Patch reader Michelle said she saw him Saturday at Miramar and Sunday at Fashion Valley Mall.

The pack on one of the mules is painted with the website 3mules.com, which holds a cryptic explanation:
