Santee's Own Little 9/11 tribute
The Senior Olympics Softball Tournament pays homage to 9/11 and first-responders.
The San Diego Senior Olympics Women's Softball tournament was played at the Santee Sportsplex, and happened to fall on the anniversary of 9/11.
The women felt they should recognize the day, and did so by paying homage to the first responders and military that were playing softball. They were recognized, honored with certificates and sung a moving song by Lady J.
