This video was filmed during the by the CA Energy Commission, just prior to the public hearing ().
Site visitors were not allowed off the bus for liability reasons, so the video consists of visuals of the proposed power plant site from the bus window while the guide describes what is seen and how the plant will likely fit into the landscape. The end of the video shows where the plant would be seen while driving on Highway 52.
