Beer, dogs and veterans - what more could you ask for in a fundraiser event?
Dogs on Deployment is a national non-profit which provides an online network for military members to search for volunteers willing to board their pets during their service commitments. Founded by a dual-military husband and wife from Santee, Dogs on Deployment is hosting their first ever fundraiser at Butcher's Brewing on November 22nd!
Butcher's Brewing is a dog-friendly, brewery with over 10 local, craft-beers on tap. Food will be provided by Dang Brother Pizza, a popular veteran-owned wood-fired pizza truck.
Butcher's Brewing will donated $1 a pint; Dang Brother Pizza will donated $1 a pizza to Dogs on Deployment. The money raised from this fundraiser will go directly to helping military and veteran pet owners.
Live music will be performed by John and the Time Traveling Bicycle!
Well-behaved dogs on leash are allowed and encouraged! The founders of Dogs on Deployment will be present to social with supporters, human and canine. Dogs on Deployment merchandise will also be available for purchase.
