Easter Feast for Our City’s Homeless

Over 1,000 of San Diego's homeless men, women and children will gather at the San Diego Rescue Mission for an Easter Feast from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014. Nearly 200 volunteers will serve these individuals hot ham dinners and offer personal necessities like t-shirts, socks, towels, shampoo, soap and lotion. These individuals and families living on the streets will also be given information on the Rescue Mission's life-changing programs. It is an opportunity for our homeless friends to come and enjoy some music and be served a sumptuous meal in a family style environment.

The San Diego Rescue Mission's Annual Easter Feast
served an estimated 1,000 hot ham dinners to San Diego's homeless last year.
