"Help A Hero 3rd Annual Softball Tournament & Silent Auction"

Sport Clips Haircuts and the two Sportsplex USA centers in Santee and Poway are again teaming up to host the 2013 "Help A Hero Softball Tournament" to raise money for the VFW's Operation Uplink.  This will be the 3rd year that these partners have worked together on this fundraising event.  Proceeds will buy call-home minutes to servicemen and women who are deployed overseas or hospitalized.  New in 2013 will be a scholarship program, each
will provide up to $5,000 of assistance to veterans who are
pursuing an education at post-secondary institutions, including trade schools.  The event will take place on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11th.  If you have a team, please sign up to participate in a great event and support our heroes, protecting our freedoms.
