Santee Santas 2013 Holiday Program Food Sorting Schedule

Greetings all Santee Santas Volunteers:

We now have a building identified for our 2013 Food Program.
We will be using the old Fresh n Easy building at 9751 Mission Gorge Rd.,
Santee.  

The dates and times for Food
sorting are as follows:

Wed, Dec 11th – 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and again
from 6-9 pm

Thu, Dec 12th -  11:00 am to 4:00 pm and again from 6-9 pm

Fri, Dec 13th - 
 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and again
from 6-9 pm (if needed)

Please come to help sort out the food at anytime it is
convenient for you and stay as long as you desire be it 1 hour or 5 hours. 

The times for Packing
the Family Food Boxes on Saturday, Dec
14th will be from 9am
until we are finished (probably by 3pm).  Again, please come to help on this day at
anytime it is convenient for you and stay as long as you desire. 

Delivery Day, Saturday,
Dec 21st we will be
starting sign in at about 9:30am and
we will begin our deliveries at 10:00 am. 

If you are a student at one of the Santee Elementary
Schools, there will be a special sign in sheet for you.  Be sure to let the person at the check-in
desk know.  Also, if you will be helping
because you need Community Service hours, there will also be a special sign in
sheet for you as well.  Please be sure to
enter the time you arrive and the time you depart so we can record your
accurate hours.  Please advise the person
at the check in desk if you will need the certificate at that time so we can
prepare it.  If you do not need it right away,
we will print them out after the holiday program and email it to you.

Also, again this year we are required to have a Liability
Waiver/Photo Release form signed by each volunteer.  This is for our insurance purposes.  Forms can be downloaded from our website (www.santeesantas.org) and will be available at the check in desk.
