-- Coastal Cleanup Day connects residents to the link between littering and pollution and unites families, friends and neighbors as they improve the county’s public places and the health of San Diego’s environment.

I Love A Clean San Diego and San Diego Coastkeeper co-coordinate Coastal Cleanup Day in San Diego County as part of the California Coastal Commission’s California Coastal Cleanup Day statewide. This is the largest volunteer event in our county and in the state, and when combined with The Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup, our efforts become one of the largest volunteer events across the globe.
