Emilia Tavakoli founded Southern California Trust,
a law practice focused on estate planning and wills & trusts.  She founded the firm based on her belief that each client should receive excellent service, timely products, and personal attention.  She strives to make estate planning a comfortable and convenient experience for her clients by offering consultations at the client’s own home or at her office in La Jolla, even on weekends and evenings, at no additional charge.

Emilia attended the University of Tulsa for her undergraduate degree, with a dual
major in business administration and Spanish. She moved to San Diego to attend the University Of San Diego School Of Law (USD) with a full tuition academic merit scholarship and has been representing her clients in estate planning.

Attorney Emilia Tavakoli also
shares her expertise as a regular guest on the Love Real Estate radio show, which airs Saturdays at 2pm on 760 KFMB am.

Attorney Emilia Tavakoli will have an
open discussion followed by Q & A from you…

Join us for no nonsense legal answers to common questions such as:

  • Should I have a living trust and why is
it so crucial for homeowners in California to put their home in a trust?

  • If I have a will, do I also need a trust?

  • If I'm upside down on my mortgage, do I still need a trust?

  • If my parents pass, what will I, as the beneficiary, have to do?

So come and join us for our first workshop of the year!  For more information on our series contact Vicky Acevedo, Manager at 858-964-2300

Can't send messages to Dad because he's now deceased, but my dad was very wise...He'd say thingsRead More like: "You can get arrested for what you say, but not what you think!" - or - "Take care of your feet, and they'll take care of you!" My dad wasn't much for words, but he was always a stable figure growing up and was loyal to mom throughout the years. Nowadays, that in and of itself is honorable! Thank you Dad! In Loving Memory...
