Rosemary (Flohr) Cinque, Woman's Army Corps Veteran, Dies at 89

Rosemary (Flohr) Cinque died Nov. 16 at a retirement home in Santee, according to an obituary in the Desert Sun. She was 89.

Born in Bucyrus, OH, Rosemary moved with her family to Pasadena, CA, in 1925. 

She served in the Woman's Army Corps from 1944 to the end of WWII at the Palm Springs Army Air Corps base.

Rosemary married, had her daughter, Tracy, and started a more than 30 year career with the Tupperware company.

In retirement she volunteered as a docent at the Living Desert Museum near Palm Springs and a police volunteer in Palm Springs.

She was interred at the Ft. Rosecrans Veterans Cemetery in San Diego.
