Santee resident Steven M. Gongol passed away in early January at age 59, according to Pioneer Press Doings.
Steve was owner of GK Mechanical, a heating and air conditioning business, for 30 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially gardening and hiking, and was a member of the Cowles Mt. Hiking Group.
