Community Update

Hello,
It's been talked about for awhile now. The stretch in the air in Santee has not improved. I know it's the San Diego river. It smells like a combo of poop and dead fish. I've been here for 9years. It was not like this back then! Whom oversees this problem? It has to be taken care of. There is also a metal chemical smell. I have developed sinus problems over last two years. I'm sure other people are suffering as well.Has anyone come out here and tested our water and air? Rally up a meeting of the people on these topics.
