Health Awareness Month in Santee.

I attended what I would call a UNIQUE Santee City Hall meeting last night. The 22nd. Mr Minto declared January a Health awareness month. Due to Santee's health problems with Heart Coronary Disease (21%)  and Pulmonary disease (17.2). Two health issues closely related to air polution and SMOKING.  Then Mayor Voepel proudly announced that Santee got an F rating from the American Lung Association for it's efforts on curbing SMOKING. PROUD. He claimed the F stands for Freedom. Apparently with his SMALL CRANIAL CAPACITY CAN ONLY THINK OF HIMSELF. Not the young kids,and adults, that may be exposed to that smoke. Or the health issues. Or the addictions. As a 43 year on and off smoker I can tell you about smoking and it's ills as well as it's addictiveness. Careful Santee what idiot you vote for as Mayor next time. Cause only an IDIOT would be PROUD OF THIS F.
