Hundreds Enjoyed New Home Grand Opening at Green Hills in Lakeside
More than 200 home shoppers attended the model home grand opening of Green Hills in Lakeside on Saturday. The brand new, 31-home community from San Diego builder Michael Gregory Builders was well received by shoppers, most notably for the homes’ outdoor-inspired amenities.
“Buyers had a great time touring the new model homes, which have a few amenities you might not expect,” said Greg Hastings, co-founder of Michael Gregory Builders. “Some of these amenities include drive-through garages and RV parking, which are options for buyers at Green Hills.”

The 2,014 to 3,234 square-foot homes at Green Hills also include maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace in the family room, front yard landscaping and many more desirable features.

The one- and two-story homes offer three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to three baths, and two- to three-space garages. Four different floor plans are available, with pricing from the low $500,000s.
“The grand opening was a great event for everyone in the family,” added Mike Levesque, co-founder of Michael Gregory Builders. “The homes truly offer something for everyone – especially the outdoor enthusiast – and we are happy that the models were so well received on grand opening day.”
Green Hills is located at 9647 Lower Green Glen off of Sohail St. in Lakeside. The closest cross street is Lakeview Rd. The homes are within minutes of hiking and horse trails, and are nearby Lake Jennings.
