14 Youth Picked Up For Curfew Violation in Santee and Lakeside
Juvenile curfew in Santee from September to May is from 10 p.m. to sunrise.

A Sheriff's Department curfew sweep picked up 14 juveniles in Santee and Lakeside on Thursday, according to a report by NBC San Diego.
The overnight sweep took place between 10 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. and the minors were released to their parents at the Santee Station, said Sgt. Craig Johnson. One youth was found in possession of marijuana.

The juvenile curfew in Santee from September to May is from 10 p.m. to sunrise, and from June to August it is 11 p.m. to sunrise. In Lakeside, which is under county jurisdiction, the curfew is from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following day. Read more about East County curfews here.
Deputies said they will be increasing patrols for youth violations such as curfew and social host during spring break.
