Lakeside Crime Report: August 12-18, Includes Brass Knuckles, Assault Against an Officer

August 12

Petty theft was reported in the 13500 block of Vista Ricardo, $500 in tools.

August 14

Residential burglary was reported in the 9500 block of Winter Gardens Blvd, $3,000 in misc. goods, 18-year-old male was arrested on charges of possession of stolen property shortly after.

Battery was reported in the 13500 block of Choisser ln, 53-year-old female victim.

August 16

Burglary from a vehicle was reported in the 12000 block of Mapleview St, $250 in tools.

Stolen license plate reported in the 12000 block of Whittaker ln.

Possession of brass knuckles, felony, was reported in the 9000 block of Los Coches.

Two cars reported stolen in the 1000 block of Barona Rd.

August 17

Annoy/molest a child was reported in the 8000 block of Winter Gardens Blvd.

Stolen car was reported in the 9000 block of Winter Gardens Blvd, $500 motorcycle.

Vandalism was reported in the 12500 block of Laurel St, $100 damage; 38-year-old male, armed with a club, was arrested and booked.

Vandalism by arson was reported in the 9500 block of Vine St, Lakeside Community Center, $1,000 in damage to athletic equipment.

Residential burglary was reported in the 10000 block of Charleston Bay Ct, burglary in progress.

August 18

Robbery and assault with a dealy weapon against an officer was reported at KK Market. Ryan Calvo was arrested, suspected of robbery, forgery, conspiracy to commit a crime; 31-year-old Diane Smith was arrested and booked in , suspected of evading police, conspiracy to commit a crime and assault with a dealy weapon against an officer.

Residential burglary was reported in the 13500 block of Julian Ave, $1,500 bicycle.

Shoplifting was reported at the Main Ave. 7/11, $120.

Burglary from a vehicle was reported in the 12000 block of Mapleview St, $250 tools.
