The Santee Sheriff's Station has asked for the public's help in finding a missing person at risk with reported mental health issues last seen in Santee.
Jonathan Heredia, 29, left a relative's house in the 8700 block of Mesa Road in Santee on August 26, according to the Sheriff's Department. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve dress shirt and blue jeans. Heredia was also carrying a backpack.
He is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 10 inches, 140 pounds, with black hair and has several tattoos including a crucifix with the words "Our Lord" on his back, dice on his chest and the number 69 on one of his forearms.
Family members said Heredia has mental health issues.
