Josiah Riley Dulay, the over the steering wheel of his car in the Grossmont College parking lot this spring succumbed to a seizure, according to an autopsy report by the San Diego County Coroner's Office (see attached report).
The report said Dulay had a history of seizures, and the fatal seizure was possibly brought on because he ran out of antiseizure medication two days prior to his death.
Dulay had been enrolled in various classes at Cuyamaca College from 2008 through 2011, and had been attending classes at Grossmont in the spring, according to the Grossmont Summit.
The morning of Thursday, April 12, a student noticed a car running and upon seeing Duley motionless and unresponsive, sitting in the driver's seat of the car, he called campus police, according to the coroner's report.
The subject was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said there was no obvious sign of trauma, which was confirmed by the autopsy report.
