One DUI, 4 Impounds and 11 Citations at Santee Weekend Checkpoint
It was held from 8 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. in the 8800 block of Mission Gorge Road.
San Diego County Sheriff's deputies arrested one driver for DUI, impounded four vehicles and gave out 11 tickets at a sobriety/driver's license checkpoint in Santee over the weekend.
The checkpoint was conducted on Saturday from 8 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. in the 8800 block of Mission Gorge Road.
Funding for the grant was provided by the California Office of Traffic Safety.
