Santee Crime Report: Jan. 25-31

The following information was provided by the Santee Sheriff's Station. The suspects have not been convicted of a crime.

Incidents of note from the press board at the Santee Sheriff’s Station:

Wednesday, Jan. 25

A 43-year-old female was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance around 9:30 a.m. on Atlas View Drive at Pryor Road.

A juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana around 2:30 p.m. in the 10800 block of N. Magnolia Avenue.

A 51-year-old male was arrested for felony shoplifting and carrying a concealed weapon around 11:15 a.m. in the 100 block of Town Center Parkway. Items valued at $38 stolen from were recovered.

Thursday, Jan. 26

Two juveniles were arrested for possession of marijuana just after 3:30 p.m. in the 9600 block of Medina Drive.

A residential burglary was reported in the 8800 block of Mission Greens Road. A computer valued at $400 and video games valued at $1,020 were reported stolen.

A 27-year-old male was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Magnolia Park Drive at Mast Boulevard just after 8 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 27

A 25-year-old male was cited and released for possessing unlawful paraphernalia on Chubb Lane at N. Magnolia Avenue.

A 20-year-old male was arrested for being drunk in public in the 10200 block of Mast Boulevard around 9:45 p.m.

A stolen car was recovered in the 200 block of Town Center Parkway.

A 24-year-old male was arrested for being drunk in public just after 2 a.m. in the 10500 block of Mission Gorge Road.

A van was vandalized in the 9500 block of Cottonwood Avenue. Damage was estimated at $300.

A flatbed truck valued at $2,500 was reported stolen in the 8700 block of Graves Avenue.

A pickup was vandalized in the 10200 block of Norma Gardens Drive. Damage was estimated at $300.  

Saturday, Jan. 28

An item valued at $15 was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 9200 block of Heatherdale Street.

Two computers with a combined value of $1,700 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 9700 block of Button Street.

A residential burglary was reported in the 9400 block of Pennywood Road. A ring valued at $700 and $35 in coins were reported stolen.

A boat and trailer valued at $3,000 were reported stolen in the 10100 block of Holborn Street.

A 24-year-old male was arrested for being drunk in public just before 1 a.m. in the 100 block of Town Center Parkway.

A domestic pet valued at $1,500 was reported stolen in the 9800 block of Mission Gorge Road.

Miscellaneous items valued at $374 were reported stolen in the 9200 block of Maranda Drive.

A purse was reported stolen during a residential burglary in the 10800 block of Woodside Avenue.  

Sunday, Jan. 29

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 3100 block of Calico Street. Tools and other items valued at $1,225 were reported stolen.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor resisting an officer just after 11 p.m. in the 9200 block of Via Anita.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 9800 block of Mission Gorge Road. Two cell phones and $15 in coins were reported stolen.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 9700 block of Carlton Hills Boulevard. An item valued at $40 was reported stolen.

A residential burglary was reported in the 7100 block of Mariposa Street. Items valued at $345 were reported stolen.

A 43-year-old male was arrested on a felony warrant in the 10900 block of N. Woodside Avenue.

A purse and other items valued at $879 were reported stolen in the 100 block of Town Center Parkway.

A stolen boat and trailer were recovered in the 11000 block of Columbus Street.

Monday, Jan. 30

A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 10200 block of Mast Boulevard.

A residential burglary was reported in the 9900 block of El Nopal. Five rings with a combined value of $8,500 were reported stolen.

A 49-year-old female was arrested for being drunk in public just after 5 p.m. in the 200 block of Town Center Parkway.

Fifty items valued at more than $900 were reported stolen from on Mission Gorge Road.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 9900 block of Mission Vega Road. A camera valued at $200 was reported stolen.

A 26-year-old male was arrested for misdemeanor battery and being drunk in public around 6 p.m. in the 10300 block of Carefree Drive. A 50-year-old female victim was not injured, according to a report.

A 22-year-old male was arrested for being drunk in public around 12:30 a.m. in the 10300 block of Strathmore Drive.

A home was vandalized in the 9300 block of Carlton Oaks Drive. Damage was estimated at $300.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

A 40-year-old male was arrested for DUI just after midnight on Cottonwood Avenue at Prospect Avenue.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 8500 block of Prospect Court. A duffel bag, tools and other items with a combined value of $870 were reported stolen.

A 20-year-old male was cited and released for misdemeanor shoplifting at Walmart on Town Center Parkway. Items valued at $66.20 were recovered.

A residential burglary was reported in the 10100 block of Carefree Drive. A ring valued at $90 was reported stolen.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 9900 block of N. Magnolia Avenue. A backpack, books and music equipment valued at $385 were reported stolen.
