Santee Crime Report: Jan. 31-Feb. 7

The following information was provided by the Santee Sheriff's Station. The suspects have not been convicted of a crime.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

A 23-year-old female was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle in the 9700 block of Magnolia Park Drive. A car valued at $500 was recovered.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

Four juveniles were picked up for daytime loitering other than home or school just before noon in the 10400 block of Mast Boulevard. Two were charged with possession smoking paraphernalia. They were released at 2 p.m.

A 20-year-old female and a 26-year-old male were arrested for felony shoplifting and conspiracy at on Mission Gorge Road.

A ring valued at $1,200 was reported stolen in the 8700 block of Bushy Hill Drive.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 9700 block of Carlton Hills Boulevard. A purse, cell phone and $30 in cash were reported stolen.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 8200 block of Graves Avenue. Items valued at $585 were reported stolen.

A stolen car was recovered in the 8700 block of Summercrest Lane.

Thursday, Feb. 2

Vandalism was reported at . Damage was estimated at $25.

A 48-year-old male was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance in the 9500 block of Mission Gorge Road.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 8900 block of Fletcher Valley Drive. Items valued at $1,720 were reported stolen.

A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 10600 block of Mast Boulevard.

A 37-year-old male was arrested on a felony warrant in the 8800 block of Olive Lane.

Friday, Feb. 3

A car was reported vandalized in the 9900 block of N. Magnolia Avenue. Damage was estimated at $100.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 9900 block of Riverwalk Drive. Items valued at $1,076 were reported stolen.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Calabria Street. Items valued at $1,060 were reported stolen.

A car valued at $3,800 was reported stolen in the 9300 block of Carlton Oaks Drive.

A 28-year-old male was arrested on a felony warrant and a juvenile was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant on Mast Boulevard at Ryder Road just before 10 a.m.

Saturday, Feb. 4

Four females, age 25, 29 and 33, were arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance in the 9400 block of Mission Gorge Road just after 10 a.m.

A 20-year-old male was cited and released for possessing an ounce or less of marijuana while driving in the 200 block of Riverview Parkway.

A residential hot prowl burglary was reported in the 9200 block of Les Road.

An electronic component valued at $59.99 was reported stolen from Target in the 9800 block of Mission Gorge Road.  

Sunday, Feb. 5

An 18-year-old male was arrested for misdemeanor evading police in the 10400 block of Strathmore Drive around 3 p.m.

A wheel was reported vandalized in the 8600 block of Arminda Circle. Damage was estimated at $200.

A car valued at $3,500 was reported stolen on Wheatlands Avenue at Wheatlands Road.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 10200 block of Avanti Avenue. Electronics and other items with a combined value of $450 were reported stolen.

A 35-year-old female was arrested on a felony warrant in the 8600 block of Arminda Circle.

Monday, Feb. 6

Miscellaneous papers were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 9800 block of Mission Gorge Road.

A 33-year-old male was arrested on a felony warrant in the 600 block of Park Center Drive.

A battery on a person was reported in the 9600 block of Jeremy Street just after 2 p.m. A victim suffered a minor injury, according to a report.

A battery on a person was reported in the 600 block of Park Center Drive. A 53-year-old male suffered a minor injury, according to a report.

A vehicle valued at $3,000 was reported stolen in the 9700 block of Lutheran Way. 

A 36-year-old female was arrested for being drunk in public on El Nopal at N. Magnolia Avenue around 9:30 p.m.

A 28 year-old female was cited and released for misdemeanor shoplifting in the 9400 block of Mission Gorge Road. Eighteen items valued at $365.88 were stolen and recovered from .

A battery on a person was reported in the 11100 block of Summit Avenue. No injuries were reported.

A juvenile was arrested for felony battery against a police officer in the 10100 block of El Poquito Lane.

Four cases of vandalism were reported at Santee on Mission Gorge Road. Damage was estimate at $900.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 9800 block of Caspi Gardens Drive. An item valued at $50 was reported stolen.

An 18-year-old male was arrested for misdemeanor under the influence of a controlled substance in the 10200 block of Molino Road around 3:30 a.m.

A car valued at $5,000 was reported stolen in the 8500 block of Matterhorn Drive.   

Tuesday, Feb. 7

A 24-year-old male was arrested on a felony warrant in the 10200 block of Woodglen Vista Drive.

Miscellaneous papers were reported stolen from a business in the 10600 block of Prospect Avenue.

A 28-year-old male was arrested for misdemeanor resisting arrest on Town Center Parkway at Cuyamaca Street just before 2 p.m.
