I have a bad feeling this section of the patch will get much bigger when the second, large, "affordable housing " project is completed. The city was sold out for a coupel of dollars and a "park" under freeway ribbon.

dont be so sure in actuality affordable housing means less crime people should be able do more good when put in a position of integrity also the housing authorities do back ground check criminal that is and if you have a felony or a minor drug offense such as poseesion of marijuana you will not be allowed in the housings units at all in contrast to the main stream apt. managers only do a money back ground on teanats because all they care about is being paid i currently live in a hud housing and i never lock up my car apt. and never been ripped off by any one until the managemet started taking in people who dont qualify for hud housing they only care about being paid not the character of renters like hud does they dont support criminals at all so when puting judgement on low income people perhaps you should investigate the whole picture like huds policys on renters money does not make a person good or bad please use more facts when insituating affordable housing means more crime because it dont
