Sheriff Blotter: Theft, Burglary and Vandalism
The following information was provided by the Santee Sheriff's Department and CrimeMapping.com for Oct. 10 through Oct. 16. The defendants have not been convicted of a crime.
This last week has seen an increase in thefts of vehicles and other property, burglary and a string of vandalism.
Major Incidents
Drugs and paraphernalia were turned in to deputies after being discovered
on Friday afternoon, according to a San Diego County Sheriff's report.
The items were found by a citizen around 1:25 p.m. in the 9500 block of
Cuyama street, according to a report at the Santee station.
In addition to a bag of marijuana, six other drug-related items were
found, described only as as either a pipe, packaging, needle or syringe.

Nearly $2,000 worth of auto parts were reported stolen from a business in
the 9600 block of north Magnolia Avenue.
The thefts were reported on Friday morning from RCP Block & Brick.
