Sheriff's Santee Station Asks for Help Finding Armed Robber

The suspect is described as a white male, clean shaven, 20 to 30 years of age, 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

The San Diego Sheriff's Department Santee Station is asking for the public's help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of a suspect who robbed a gas station with a handgun.

On February 25, at 11:29 p.m., the suspect went inside the USA Gas convenience store located in the 12100 block of Woodside Avenue in Lakeside. The suspect walked up to the cash register area, brandished a handgun and demanded money from the cash drawer.

In fear for his safety, the employee complied with suspect' demands.

The suspect exited the store and fled eastbound on foot from the gas station.

The suspect is described as a white male, clean shaven, 20 to 30 years of age, 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He was wearing a black ball cap, black gloves, white short sleeve button-up shirt, and dark jeans or sweatpants.
