Consent Calendar

Council will vote on the installation of a stop sign on Amino Drive at the intersection with Leticia Drive. A request from a resident, along with the signatures of 15 residents, was received by the city to install the sign, and the city performed analysis that justifies the sign.

Public Hearing

Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit to allow truck rental and used automobile sales at a new pawnshop slated to open at 7753 Mission Gorge Road. Staff recommends denial of the permit due to the multiple uses intended for the site, and fears that the site will appear cluttered; read more in the staff report in the agenda.

New Business

The council will vote on a resolution authorizing members of the council to file the written arguments for the (to be seen in voter pamphlets) and to clarify the ballot wording.
