• Routine updating of City Conflict of Interest Code.

• The city is looking for Council approval of $50,997 worth of legal services related to litigation with the County of San Diego over inflated sewer facility relocation costs.

At least $115,269.64 will be recovered from the County, but attorney and litigation costs for the city of Santee amounted to $97,792.27. This leaves a total current recovery sum of $17,477.37, though an attempted recovery of attorney fees is in affect.

Ordinances:

• Proposed revisions to the Santee Animal Control Municipal Code which are technical in nature and would include "no substantive changes to current animal control operations," dealing mostly with details of permits, rabies, licensing and updated terms.
