The council decided to delay vote to "support the County's resolution to secure Stowe Trail for recreation, conservation and as a wildlife corridor." Mayor wants to speak with the Marine Corps first to get their take on it.

From my understanding at the Building Better Health In East County committee meeting...Supervisor Jacob seemed to have their blessing on the deal. The way she explained it their only issue was that they it only be open during daylight hours. By "delay vote" I assume this was on the agenda? If so why weren't the questions asked BEFORE the meeting to be prepared?
