Speed Limit Changes: October 10 Council Agenda Summary

Every seven years, or after any change to the road, the speed limits on roadways must be re-certified. The first reading of the changes to speed limits will be made at the meeting, likely to be adopted at the next meeting and would go into affect 30 days after that. The speed limit changes:

Street MPH Change Magnolia Ave. between Mission Gorge Rd. and the city limit 45 - 40 Woodside Ave. North from SR-67 off-ramp to city limit 35 - 40 Olive Ln. between Mission Gorge Rd. and Prospect 25 - 30

New Business

The council will decide if the Santee Community Foundation will be given $1,500 in start-up funds raised by the Santee Park and Recreation Committee's fundraising arm.
